The happiest place to live in London is… Richmond

LONDON LIFE MAGAZINE

This month, The Evening Standard published the results of Rightmove’s annual Happy at Home index which measures a series of factors, from the friendliness of the locals to the quality of local amenities, to access to open space, to establish which are the happiest places to live in the UK. And while, nationwide, the historic town of Hexham, in Northumberland, took the top spot, leafy Richmond was UK running up and top of London.

Richmond Square has published a free ‘Perfectly Located’ guide to Richmond www.localguide.richmondsq.co.uk/brochure/ which lists a personal selection of boutique restaurants, salons, spas and other venues in the locality.

Apartment prices start from £650,000 for a one bedroom apartment and rise to £1.4m for a two bedroom penthouse with roof terrace. To arrange an appointment, email sales@richmondsq.co.uk, call 0203 369 0179 or visit www.richmondsq.co.uk
